Extremely disappointed
Unfair Treatment and No Internet Since May 31st – Avoid Lycamobile! My daughters have had no internet access since 31st May despite having unlimited data. We have called Lycamobile multiple times, and received a text message that the issue was resolved but it still isn’t working. It’s been over a week, and there’s been zero progress. This has never happened with any other network we’ve used. It feels like we’re being completely ignored. We paid for a service we didn’t receive. This is not just bad service, it’s unfair and unjust. We expect: Immediate resolution. Compensation for the lost service Unless this is resolved quickly, we’ll be leaving Lycamobile and warning others to stay away. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
