Missed my direct debit so they put an…
Missed my direct debit so they put an extra £20 on it to come later in the month, i text help to the number provided and went through the options to speak to an adviser, they said they're very busy so could take up to 2 working days to get back to me but someone text me back in about 20 minutes, explained i was planning on paying the dd tomorow and she cancelled the aditional charge for me and provided a link to pay it tomorrow. Problem sorted quickly and efficiently thank you Sophie
