Horrible, unprofessional customer service

Purchased a sofa set on Tuesday evening. Delivery was set for Friday and someone was supposed to call me within 24 hrs to schedule delivery. On Thursday evening I called the actual store to figure out what's going on since no word for almost 48 hrs. The salesman told me that there was nothing labeled for me but I was lucky they had stock but it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday afternoon now. I was also informed that the delivery guys would come and haul away my old couches for $20 no problem. Come Saturday the couches are delivered but the 3rd party moving company that was hired to bring my couches REFUSED to take away my old couches because they had other deliveries to do. When I called the store, the manager Mike didn't offer any kind of customer service or apology of any kind. He just kept saying that we don't haul away for which I kept saying that's not what I was told until he said it today. I couldn't remember the name of the salesman I spoke to so he didn't want to hear what I had to say. Then he told me my only 2 options were to keep the old couches or to call the county to get the couches hauled because I was lying and nobody told me that my stuff would get hauled. I get accused and called names because you don't want to honor what someone in your company told me just to retain a sale? I would've rather purchased from another company that offers professional services and courtesy to their customers and thus retain them. Definitely not worth the hassle especially after spending hundreds of dollars on their products.
