Worst services Ever Do Not Choose through them!!
The room was disgusting sheets covered in hair, the room was not vacuumed or wiped down, and the shower curtain appeared to have black mold at the bottom of it. We attempted to get our money back from the suppose property management which gave us the run around for hours on our first day on vacation in Hawaii. We even attempted to stay under the conditions that the room be fully cleaned but they advised that no one would be available to clean the room until the following day expecting us to sleep in a bed covered in someone elses hair! Redawning was of no help at ALL! you never once accomadated us and we never even stayed at the hotel and refused to refund our money. We will continue to fight for our refund and hope no one else chooses your services again.
