Worst Experience with an Online Pharmacy

I recently had the misfortune of ordering from Pharmacy4u, and I must say that it was the most horrible online pharmacy experience I have ever had. Their customer service was abysmal, and the entire process left me feeling scammed and frustrated. I had ordered Optrix Infected Eyedrops, but instead received a generic eye drop called Mollifeye drops that I couldn't even properly look up. When I called Pharmacy4u to inform them of the mix-up and request a return for the unopened items, they flat-out refused. They claimed they do not accept returns on eyedrops, even if they're unopened. To make matters worse, the customer service representative insisted it was my fault for not noticing on the website that I might receive a generic item. However, I firmly believe they should have at least asked for my consent before shipping an alternative product. Please be cautious if you're considering ordering from Pharmacy4u. They seem to be scammers who will send you a cheap generic version of the product you paid for, without any prior notification. I'm extremely disappointed and all I want now is my money back. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this company and believe the negative reviews.
