Awful. Use credit card so you can get a chargeback as they refuse refunds
Pretty much a scam site as far as I can tell. They tease you with a relevant test date BEFORE payment then once you pay it tells you it's miles away. Booking links to tests dont work. Paid by credit card as had a feeling they wouldn't provide services. They wouldn't refund (of course they wouldn't) so initiated a chargeback from credit card company and they had the amount deducted. Anyone unhappy with their service just ignore their refund policy. Pay by credit card and get a chargeback.
