Make sure you read other people's reviews before buying gear from here. There is a common theme....

I ordered an item from this store. When it arrived, it didn't fit, was poor quality and in my opinion was significantly different from how it was described on their website. I returned the item at my own expense, expecting a full refund, like most other webstores would offer. Not these guys though - once they have your money, they do everything they can to keep it and not give it back. They only offer you a "store credit" no matter how much you beg for your money back. Tell me... why would I want to spend more money with you guys and more money on postage given the poor quality and misleading representation of the item that I already purchased from you? I tried to call them a number of times, but they only have an answering machine and don't return my calls - especially regarding refund requests. Yes, apparently it is in the terms and conditions of their website that they don't give refunds - however given that we are in another state from them and currently under severe lockdown conditions, they only way we can shop is online. You would think they would have some sympathy for people who are unable to go into stores and actually look at items in person. My advice to anybody who is considering buying from these people is to go into their store and try on the item yourself, look at it in person to confirm it's what they have described and if it is of acceptable quality. If you order online and it arrives and you're not happy with it for some reason - you are stuck with it. Or at the very least, stuck with ordering something else from their store. That's AFTER you have paid for shipping to order the item in the first place, then paid to have the faulty item shipped back and then paid AGAIN for shipping to order the next replacement item! I have since referred my complaint regarding the faulty item / misleading description to Consumer Affairs. I will let them sort it out.
