This is a true account of my experience with Tomato Energy Well it all started of so well, spoke to an agent Naveed Mukhtar who took the time to explain the “life style” package to me, and that I would be able to see my energy use via “MyWatts” any problems, to get in touch with him direct up to this point I would award 5*, that was the good bit, now the 1* bit, Tomato started the supply 07/02/25, and up until today 18/02/25 I still have no access to my data, two emails to Naveed Mukhtar, and one to customer services with no reply not even an acknowledgement, even tried to call them nobody picks up the phone, up to this point I’m not 100% sure if they are supplying me, this company’s customer care service is the worse I have dealt with, what surprises me is why there are so many good reviews, I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but felt that my experience is worth sharing
