The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever - Avoid JD Sports! I ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and still haven’t received them. The tracking information on both the JD Sports app and the delivery company’s site has shown the package as “on the way” for weeks with no updates. I contacted customer service and was told they’d open an investigation and get back to me in five days. After hearing nothing for over a week, I followed up, only to be told the case was being closed because they “confirmed” the package was delivered - even though the tracking still shows it hasn’t arrived! Since then, I’ve tried reaching out again multiple times -no response. There’s no phone number listed on their website, and the only “contact” option is through Facebook, which just leads to a dead chat link. Absolutely unacceptable. JD Sports has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give less than one star, I would. Never ordering from them again.
