Please avoid these people at all cost

Please avoid these people at all cost. They deliberately make it almost impossible for people to withdraw their own money. I have been trying to move my money for the past three days and it keeps saying ‘something went wrong’. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with different clueless customer service people and can I blow your mind? Not one of them is able to tell me why I can’t get my money out, not even a single reason.
