Customer Service/Poor Vehicle
Customer Service was great. However same day I drive the vehicle home I got a service stablitrak, traction control service light and engine power reducing. Less than 24 hrs from purchase. Took it for an inspection and that shop didn’t go diagnostics but the battery had to be replaced. Have a schedule appointment next for a diagnostic. I’ve only had the car now 6 days. Ironically this was the issue I had with my other car that why I bought another one. Not sure if Car City does any in depth inspections before selling their vehicles. Not a happy customer. Maybe be going through an filing complaints and arbitration. I’m not going 48 months in a lease with a lemon. The reply following this review is a lie. Nobody called me or followed up that reply is a lie. Further evidence that this is a bad place to purchase a car. Tell me what the year make and model I’m referring to is? I have to take my car back to the shop on Friday for a ignition switch problem and who know what else they’ll find. Hopefully nothing. But the fact you said you thought it was resolved is messed up. Not genuine at all. Very disappointed, you should’ve not even replied if you go lie.
