A a, great insurers. Professional and easy to deal with
When arranging insurance with Axa , the process was easy and professional. But you only really find out how good your insurer is when you need to make a claim. I recently had to do so and I’m glad to say the experience and support was excellent. Great communication, they answer the phone quickly and the UK call centre offers clear, professional and helpful service. The website is also great as you can amend your policy and avoid the £25 admin fee. I will continue to use them as I trust them with my needs for both cars now. They may not be the cheapest, but trust me pay a bit more with insurance. The difference is worth it when you need them.
