Our service doesn't work
Our service doesn't work. We have called multiple times. My husband called again last week and was told the satellite our equipment recieves service from is overloaded with customers. This is not our problem. We signed up for a service that cannot be provided however we are still continuing to be billed. Stop taking new customers if you can't serve the ones you have!!!
