Clear Communication but a Confusing Portal Experience
I recently started my process with My Home Move Conveyancing, and while it is still in the early days and not midway through, I wanted to share my experience so far. The communication has been clear, and the information provided has been helpful, which we appreciate. However, we’ve found the online portal to be quite confusing and not very intuitive. Submitting information feels more complicated than it should be, and most of the time, we’re unsure if we’re doing things correctly. While the service has potential, improving the portal's user experience would make the process much smoother and less stressful for customers.
