No order received, no communication - avoid!
I place a simple order for some Blistex lip creams a week ago now. My money was taken immediately and an on screen confirmation shown, however, I still have yet to receive any emails, confirmation or otherwise, from this company. I have emailed them twice to ask for the confirmation email as well as details on when I can expect to receive my items. Absolute crickets... I've tried calling their customer service line but each option just directs you to send an email which they claim they will reply to within a few working hours - they must work less than an hour a day considering I've now been waiting more than 3 days for a reply to my first email. You cannot speak to a human being at all. I believe that this is a fraudulent company and I will be submitted a chargeback through my bank.
