Customer service is GARBAGE!
Your customer service is extremely lousy. First you have to fight the ridiculous automation system that cannot answer anything and goes round and round in circles before you can get to a live person, then that person has no clue about anything and sends you to another clueless person, and then again. They make promises and do not fulfill them. You have to call back and go through it all again. Get a real person to answer your phone, get people who know what they are doing, and keep your promises. I would have given only 1 star except that I do like the actual service for the money - your only saving grace. I am not sure that it is all worth it and I am looking at moving my 5 lines somewhere else and will make sure I tell EVERYONE I know to avoid Boost if I do. I have sent so many people to Boost! I will make sure to let them ALL know how wrong I was if I go.
