Treated as a job, not a customer

Really bad experience with Pacifica. I needed my AEG microwave oven investigated for repair. Firstly, I was unable to book online as the payment screen was not working. I had an appointment booked for Friday the 5th of September. I had a email confirmation and text message with a link to track your engineer which I thought was good. On the morning of the visit, the engineer contacted me to say he had van issues and was not able to attend but could attend Monday. Not ideal, but these things happen so booked him in for Monday. Engineer arrived on the Monday and diagnosed the issue and said he would return once the part had arrived. Tracking in the customer portal I was able to see the part had arrived and he was tentatively booked in for Friday the 12th. Again the morning of Friday the 12th arrived expecting the engineer to come and resolve the issue however another text message stating they were not able to attend this time with no reason (Friday theme). Engineer offered that he could come Sunday the 14th again not ideal but wanting to get the situation resolved and having paid my fee upfront was keen to get the oven repaired. Provided a three hour time slot for Sunday afternoon. This time no contact from the engineer and despite attempting to contact him, I’ve been unable to speak to him. The office is closed on the weekend and therefore I’ve left them back and seeking an independent engineer who hopefully will be a bit more professional than this outfit.
