They DO NOT pay claims.
I am adding another negative review. I will keep leaving negative reviews until Heymondo and AXA, the company they contract with, actually tell me the truth and do something about my bill. This medical occurrence was two years ago and it has yet to be resolved. Every time I leave a negative review, Heymondo replies with a polite lie saying that it's lack of communication from the medical center (which is absolutely not true...I am an American and I know how the system there works) or that it was a technical error within AXA. I cannot tell you how many times I have followed up with emails and phone calls with Heymondo. The bottom line is, they do not pay on claims. I wasted the money I spent on the premium. And now my credit rating in the U.S. is ruined because the bill has gone to a collection agency for the second time. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
