I have used Dr Fox twice in the last 12 months, and both times they have been absolutely superb in their service and speedy delivery. I can confirm the £2.60 delivery charge on both occasions - which is amazingly low even on larger orders. Thank You Team Fox.

We booked a top of the range Hyundai Tucson on Tuesday 5 April 2022. The terms of the contract booking were 'Hyundai Tucson or Similar'. The next day we looked at the booking, and it has changed to 'Hyundai Tucson or Intermediate' ?!?!?!? So. Here are my questions to you TOPCAR . . . 1. How have you been able to materially change the terms AFTER we have made the booking. 2. When you accept bookings for a particular car, you either have the car available on that day or you don't? Are you accepting bookings for cars you don't actually have or know are not available? Or simply double booking cars to get the higher price? 3. 'Hyundai Tucson or Intermediate' means that you could actually change our car to a car that isn't even in the same category, yet still get the top price for the car you give us! If ANY of these questions are true - then people should avoid this company completely - it's in the least sharp practice, or it could actually even be illegal practice. Either way it's wrong !!!! There are MANY reviews here that say they were not offered the same 'group' car at all, so doesn't that mean that it shouldn't have been available on your website to book in the first place? (you just said below that it wouldn't be?) 1. I ask again - how can a car be 'unavailable' in the resort if you can book it on the website? It's really not a hard question to answer after all? 2. If I ended up with an 'intermediate' car, would you give me the price difference back from the one I booked? Be careful how you answer, because if you say yes, this will form a written contract with all those customers who have been charged for a car they didn't receive, and they well could seek their money back from you. ??
