Don't use anyone else!
Natalie was the estate agent for the seller in our chain and was so proactive and attentive in our chainthat I asked where I could post a review for them. The chain we were a part of all fell through but as a result of Natalie's attentiveness, we ended up recommending Richard James to the developers doing part ex on our home as our estate agents had been hopeless and I would recommend anyone selling to use Natalie going forward. I've moved 4 times in the last 10 years and have never recommended an estate agent/actually liked one before now! Highly recommend (and don't use anyone else!!)
