good service, but lack of delivery information
The order was easy to complete the price was competitive, however l was told delivery was to be up to 5 days, which was fine with me but l was given no tracking number. The order arrived the next day, which was wonderful service but as we had not been advise there was no one there to receive it, a card was left with options for re-delivery, again this was fine I decided the most convenient was to go to the depot and pick it up, but the next day re-delivery was attempted and the parcel left with a neighbour
