Wrong item sent
Ordered an item online 25 Dec. Package arrived 31 Dec but had the wrong item in it. Contacted customer services and received a generic email stating reply should be within 72 hours (allowing extra c/o bank holiday). Have asked how to return item for full refund incl postage costs without incurring extra postage costs to send back (it is their mistake after all), and I still haven't heard from them. Concerned I will miss the 14 day return deadline but unwilling to pay for return postage as they sent the wrong item in the first place. I suspect only way forward would be to contact CEO?
