Delayed refund, but all ended well
I've bought several lululemon products with issue, but recently a t-shirt arrived with the security tag still attached. I returned the item promptly using their returns process, but it still took almost two months and around ten emails for lululemon to refund me the money. During this time customer service were polite and responsive, but I had to provide the same information multiple times, and received conflicting information from them and PayPal about what was causing the hold up. After everything was sorted they sent me a £50 gift card, which was completely unexpected and very generous.
