Dexters New Cross - very good service level to landlords
Dexters Estate Agents have managed my Lewisham flat since 2016, changing tenants four times at the end of agreed contracts. The tenants have always been chosen with care. No significant damage done to the flat. Payment has arrived on time. Inspections done on a regular basis with a written report and photographs. Any problems sorted out by Dexters in a manner satisfactory to the tenants and myself. Dexters also appear to choose good employees as I have always found them to be pleasant and efficient. The Lewisham flat is now with Dexters New Cross office. I would recommend this office.
