The Electriction that came to fit my EV was smart, polite and had clearly prepared and familiarised himself with the layout of my property and had planned the work he would do prior to arriving. He did a very professional job, and did not leave any mess. He helped me set up the app on my phone and said he would send me a couple of video links that would help use the EV. He was true to his word and text the links later the same day.
