Absolute Charlatans.If you value you’re money then don’t order

I made an order on 10th Nov.Took payment immediately and confirmed order but Then said it needed to be referred.They came back to me to say they could not provide me with the medication I had already paid for.It has taken numerous emails to chase £215 paid.They’ve eventually refunded £205.Queried but they’ve said £10 surcharge for weightloss meds even if out of stock!!! They did not tell me the meds were out of stock when ordering or any other reason come to think of it.Can you imagine if they did this 10 times a day??? It would be enough to pay someone’s salary.Trading standards should know what these charlatans are doing
