Connor was excellent - efficient, helpful and friendly
Really easy to get through on the phone to speak to a real person who said that to answer my query fully he'd need to go back through archived records. I requested a response via email and this happened within 24 hours. This is all the more impressive considering I switched away from Good Energy to a bigger rival to get a very slightly better tariff. I see that the current export and EV tariff from GE is now competitive, so I rather regret switching away. Top marks and many thanks to Connor for excellent service.
