One mistake (even if it's not your fault) on an early job and the exchange is useless to you
Weren't told beforehand but the app which is essential to do work on the exchange isn't actually included but is chargeable. We found this out when the driver was on his first job and the courier who sub-contracted us the job complained he couldn't track him. Trying to solve this issue caused a delay to the delivery. Despite the end customer being extremely happy with the service we provided the courier gave us bad feedback. Due to that bad feedback we could no longer win jobs and had to return our vehicles empty. Since then we have had to quote less than £1 a mile to win anything and don't get 1 out of 50 jobs we quote for. Every day our vehicles have to return empty meaning we are earning about 50p/mile (less than cost) to try and get enough good feedback to counter that one piece of bad. And another thing, once you have earned back your initial fee (in total sales not profits) they lose all interest in you and your only phone number for contact is a switchboard that reads messages to you for minutes, puts you in a queue that explains higher than normal call volumes (it's never not higher than normal) then it's answered and hung up (presumably to reduce average call wait times). If you send a support ticket they send you a quick message back which doesn't answer your questions and close it. Would cancel but they forced me to pay the whole year up front.
