I dropped Great Jones due to their high maintenance bills I was receiving. Their contract states that after I drop them they will refund me all monies owed within 'a couple of days'. Do not believe them. It has been 1.5 months and I still do not have my money from their account. They also took rent from one of my houses 3 weeks after I dissolved the relationship. They have now refunded this amount deducting about 20% of the proceeds. They will keep more money than contracted, if they return it at all.
