3 weeks later and Rebel Energy still…
3 weeks later and Rebel Energy still hasn't sorted out my online account or sent me another link to try and activate the app again! I've called almost everyday and they keep on asking me to wait cos it's a technical issue. A letter came to our address which had my name spelled incorrectly and with an incorrect email address despite me picking this up over 2 weeks ago and correcting it with the customer service people. I'm afraid the whole setup smacks of sheer incompetence! I think they are a small company with limited resources. Reading other reviews makes me wonder about poor service / inaccurate bills. I have contacted my previous provider EDF and I will ask them to take over my gas and electricity supply very shortly.
