Great customer service
I have been with Good Energy (GE) since I had my PV installed about 12 years ago. Whenever I have had to contact them, and it is not often, the customer service has always been outstanding. Today I noticed via the GE app that FIT meter was suspended. I thought this might be because they needed a photo on my meter. Being a Saturday, I contacted them via email with a photo, and thought I might get a reply sometime next week. However, within minutes, four to be precise, I got a response saying my photo had been accepted as proof and my meter account was now off hold. This was dealt with by Gifty A. So whoever you are thanks for great service.
