Wont take calls or answer mail.
Wont take phone calls, dont respond to emails, unless its to book a service. Paid £40 for a wheel delivery, then had to pay an additional £10 for a claimed failed collection, even though no attempt was made to collect. Unable to address this with them due to their refusal to take calls or answer emails. Tracking data is difficult to understand and while their courier (APC) sent a text giving an expected delivery time, Paisley freight tracking shows something different. Doubt I would ever use them again, and would not recommend
