As a first time buyer, this whole experience can be very nerve wracking, however with the great communication and constant support from Sarah, Simon and Charisa, they made the process feel as stress free as possible throughout the process. I’d like to give Sarah a big big big Thank You, she was absolutely amazing from start to finish, enquiries were always replied to on the same day, made me feel less anxious and was so knowledgable and efficient with information. I would often contact multiple times throughout the day and she was just brilliant. As I mentioned previously, this process is probably one of the most stressful processes, and I felt that they had my interests at heart.
