Mustafa of Zara Heating was a lifesaver. He was the only engineer I found available between Christmas and New Year, after my old boiler finally packed up on Christmas Day. His quote for a new boiler was very competitive compared to everything I found online. He was even able to install my new boiler on New Year's Eve! Excellent job, very neat workmanship and talked me through everything I needed to know. All certificates and guarantees sorted out immediately upon payment. Trying to contact someone for something like a new boiler was very daunting, but Mustafa made the whole process pain free and a pleasure.
