Poor Customer Service UPDATE

Took delivery of Bondi Nylon Tote Bag in PannaCotta, lovely bag beautiful colour, unfortunately I ordered the bag in Pink. Customer Service took so long to respond to my email, I would have quite happily accepted an exchange, but there was no communication until I initiated a return. Bag was returned on 5/9/24 via DPD. i would have re ordered but the initial discount I used could not be used again, felt this was a little unfair as it was a mistake on the part of Nere. I've now given up and waiting on a refund. It would be so helpful if you could actually speak to someone rather than communicate through email. UPDATE:- I have received my refund, but still stand by my review, customer service and communication is shocking, which it such a shame as the suitcase, cabin bag and weekend bag, that I have and use regularly is such good quality, the tote bag would have finished off my set beautifully.
