BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
I needed to contact Lululemon Customer Service urgently and looked on trustpilot on their star rating, i was shocked to see a poor rating! And was concerned to contact them. Nevertheless I contacted them with a lot of hesitation surprisingly it was my best experience with Customer Service yet. The agent helped me through my concern patiently and with so much to give and with so much generosity, she helped me through my inquiry peacefully and treated me with an amazing manner. I don’t know why people have given them this rating! If i had the option to rate them a million stars I will and I’m sure if any of you don’t have a good experience it’s simply a misunderstanding and try contact them again and if that still does’t work than maybe they just need your bad feedback so they can improve in that area. I wish Lululemon the best success and they deserve to be the most successful! I congratulate them for having the best and mt favourite brand! I would be extremely proud if i was part of a team in such an amazing company. Best Wishes for all of you x (And never hesitate to buy or contact Lululemon because hopefully they will welcome you and treat your inquiry will all there effort like they did for me)
