The roadside assistance coverage

The roadside assistance coverage is excellent. I needed support at 11pm on a Saturday, i called for a tow truck, no long wait time on the call, a tow truck was out in 30mins.

Excellent customer service.

Very positive experience with Kits. I was updated when there was a QA delay and I got a quick call back when I needed to exchange my glasses. James was patient and professional.
