We worked with PLS for the purchase of our new build and having been recommended to us we can honestly say they lived up to their recommendation. Lucy Hubbard’s team were exceptional to a person, professional, helpful and if they said they were going to do something or get back to us they always did in a most timely manner. They took the time to understand our position and queries and explained things thoroughly. They always answered the phone and emails and kept us updated on progress which was great to experience. The online portal was also extremely useful for keeping us updated and for us to respond to any queries.
