I just wanted to take a moment to thank Marcus and the team. People are often quick to criticize but not so quick to offer praise when it due. In general I have to say that dealing with Marcus was one of the best bike buying experiences iv had in almost 20 years of riding A genuinely nice guy who could not have been more helpful or easier to deal with, making sure I was aware of the various deal options and making sure I was totally happy with the deal and the bike at each step. He even took the time to deliver the bike to me and completed the handover with my part exchange bike in person on the Jubilee bank holiday even though I live well over 300 miles and over 5 hours away from the dealership !! and brought me a gift of a branded race jacket. Excellent customer service and genuinely nice to deal with. Thank you very much for making to whole experience a pleasure.
