I wish I had read these reviews before paying $80 for an appointment. I had exactly the same experience as some others. Technical issues and waiting for over an hour and never got to talking to a doctor. I made the appointment via hotdoc so Hola health staff said any refund requests need to go to hotdoc and they can't provide any further assistance.
