No real help at all, just emails saying the same old thing that doesn't help me.get my goods and wants me to do all the chasing.

Ordered from this company on 16th april 2025, now 12th May 2025 and nothing has arrived. Just told they can do nothing as the goods are stuck in customs since 23rd April 2025. All the answer I get is that the customs need information off of me, but what exactly ? If they know that much, they know more than me, as I haven't been contacted once by customs saying what I need to do. If this happens regularly, then they should tell you when they take your money that customs is a problem and you will be waiting at least a month and have to do all the chasing to try and find out what's going on !! I laid out a thousand pounds for goods no-one wants to help or inform me how to get them. If you are in UK just don't use them, please be warned.
