Paid for day trips but refund 'lost'
Paid for day trips but refund 'lost', when passenger changed, instead of crediting me as obviously would have to rebook and pay for day trips, was refunded ...but the refund went missing and got a run around by their payments staff, who, after first delaying and then saying I would be issued a cheque, now saying they can't help...ask PayPal who must be holding it. Lost count of the calls and time I have dedicated to reminding Princess that the problem of missing money not yet resolved. Haven't taken cruise yet but this has sure taken the shine off the experience, bunch of theives.
