Be careful
Who does not like a bargain? I thought I ended up with a bargain for a gift a got for a Christmas kiddy gift. Only to be told that the gift was in Italian and not English.The gift box was advertised as English.I contacted little Tikes since home bargains dont have a customer service phone number only to be told that this Item was from their Italian line and is not even a part of their UK stock.I send Home bargains a email in regards to the matter hoping to receive some decent customer service only to end up even more pissed off.Their response was this toy has settings for many languages and it's in the instructions.This is not correct and when I challenged this I was told to bring it back in to the store because I can not receive help from emailing and she would no longer be able to provide assistance after I challenged her in regards to the inaccurate information she had given.All I can advise customers is to be careful as you purchase to make sure the item is in the correct packaging or you just may end up like me stuck with a huge toy that is not even Sold in England by the manufacturer.
