Refund is not a hassle free service with asos
I have bought a few dresses from asos for my friend's wedding in May. The dress received was something different, first I thought it was a mistake so I ordered it again, still I got a wrong dress, it made me under stress at the last minute. However when I tried to do a review it never showed up. And since then I am trying for the refund and its September and I have to contact the customer care every single day regarding the refund and they say its on its way. Finally two weeks ago, when I contacted customer care again they gave me a wrong order date and a wrong order number and said the refund is done successfully to my account. When I said its not my order number and how could it be a successful transaction when I didn't get my refund, they again took all the details right from the start and said refund is on its way. Refund is still up in the air for the last 4 months!!!! And now when I contact the chat team, they just end the conversation
