Ordered ~$250 worth of clothing for my…
Ordered ~$250 worth of clothing for my mom for Christmas on December 4th. The website stated that Canadian orders for over $200 was free shipping. It's now January 3 and we still haven't received anything and we were charged for shipping. A call to them said that the merchandise just got over the border and will take another 7 days to arrive. It's understood Canada Post really screwed up Xmas shipping but still.... They will not refund the shipping but will supply a gift card. Since we won't ever order from this supplier again, that won't work. Don't do any online ordering from Canada from this company!!
