AVOID! I had some queries regarding the amounts as they seemed high, we experienced some financial difficulty so reached out for help. Been trying since October but they ignore every single email and can't get through on the phone, but sending constant stream of letters and emails threatening action against us without any attempt to talk to me! In response to your reply.. my partner whose name is on the account has also tried contacting you!
