Terrible experience - Rude Staff - customer Service non-existent
Terrible experience. Complained that my car came out with dirt still on the glass roof! Ao went back to tell the operator who said that I needed to go home and clean it myself! I asked them to run the pressure washer over the glass roof to remove the dirt, which after asking several time they reluctantly did, but told me that if I didn't leave immediately they would be calling the Police! I was confused and explained that this was a customer service complaint and not a Police matter. And was then made to reverse up and leave with bird poo reminants, water and dirt down the side of the car.. this is what nearly £20 of a car wash buys customers… very very unhappy. Will never return, and this is from a customer who have used IMO since the days when they were ARC!
