We started our tenancy with dexters Shepards bush around a year and a half ago where we experienced a good few issues with the flat on moving in including no water/leaks etc. we also had problems with the door to the building not locking behind itself allowing access to anyone on the street. This was handled rather slow and I was speaking to probably 3/4 different members of staff, waiting home taking time off work and losing income to have contractors not turn up and then turning up unannounced without knocking etc. Recently, we have spoken with Sherina who has done our property inspection and was very professional and friendly. She has helped with a couple of issues the flat has had recently extremely promptly and provided me with helpful updates and kept in contact throughout. Myself and my flatmate are grateful to have her as a point of contact for anything further and believe she is an asset to Dexters as it is rare to find such good customer service in a lot of estate agents in London.
