The best experience of buying a car
We drove over to the Peugeot garage at John Grose Ipswich on Wednesday 2 - 8 - 23 to view some 208 cars .Luca Blackburn the Sales Executive came out for another job ,but said hello .From there on in we had a brilliant experience in purchasing a car .Luca was polite informative but not at all pushy . We asked for a test drive and he gave us as much information as we wanted .We took enough time to make our decision without any pressure at all .We decided there and then to purchase a car. From there on ,the process was explained in easy stages and and really informative .We arranged to collect the following Wednesday. The day before collection Luca phoned to check if we were ok .We were all sorted our end and he said the car was all sorted his end .The day we arrived to pick up our vehicle we were greeted by our shiny new purchase parked outside the showroom with a poster in the window informing us that this was our car ready for collection and hoped we would enjoy it .Luca then met us and we were offered drinks and the final paper work was signed ,we then all went outside to go though all the information we might need to know about getting the best experience out of our car . Luca was really good ,patient and a pleasure to deal with and went out of his way to make buying a car a great experience . We would highly recommend Luca Blackburn at John Grose to make your time in purchasing a car a great experience . He is a credit to the company x
