I contacted CEL after seeing a promotion in The Times at the end of 2024 advertising their success in obtaining compensation for victims of financial scams. From the outset the personnel I dealt with there were sympathetic, reassuring and helpful. Most importantly they were very professional from the outset. Information requirements to build a claim were clearly set out by my case handler (Hannah Hudson) and communications via email or phone updated regularly on progress. Whether or not we will be successful remains uncertain and re-living painful past experiences was difficult but CEL have the experience of these situations and I do believe they provide a safe reliable route for seeking redress.
